Trans-type UV irradiation device
UV irradiation device using conventional transformer stabilizers. The lamp house is independent, and the device height is low, making it ideal for line integration.
◆The lamp houses are independently constructed with aluminum bent plates. ◆Lamp replacement is easy by pulling the lamp unit out from the lamp house. ◆Exhaust is discharged outdoors through a combined duct. ◆Intake is distributed from the filter box to each lamp house. ◆The intake and exhaust fans are controlled by an inverter for airflow regulation. ◆The conveyor uses UV-resistant Teflon belts. ◆The transport speed can be adjusted by the inverter.
